Onigiri

Look what I made for dinner!



That's my very first crack at onigiri. I went for something quick and accessible, so they're tuna and mayo onigiri with some soy sauce in the mix. I had a handy dandy mold to get that perfect shape and with the excess, I made one last ball in pink plastic wrap. They're really yummy. I'm pleased with how they came out.



There they are again with some soy sauce in the middle. I mixed a little mayo into the soy sauce to dab on bits of rice that didn't have enough filling. Yum yum.
