Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

I have a giant Christmas post, but I keep stalling. Instead, I'm going to post my brand new Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe. Sure, the Tollhouse recipe is the standard, and a very yummy standard at that, but this one makes a few tweaks that make all the difference. My grandmother clipped it from the newspaper and sent it along with its attached article. I'll post that too, because it's an interesting read.
